It all began in 1979, in historic Delphi, with a family place that welcomed visitors for coffee, desserts and ice cream.
In 1981, our story gained a new chapter. The space became a restaurant, with Greek cuisine and genuine hospitality now at its heart.
Today, the third generation of the Maniatis family carries this journey forward, keeping the values that have guided us since the very first day.
