To protect against spam we store an irreversible fingerprint (hash) of your connection address — not the IP address itself.

We use your data solely to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal or booking. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

4. Who has access

Messages are accessible only to authorised staff of the business. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure providers.

5. Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet any legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.
